The remote should work you don’t have to pair it all I did was put the lamp together and turn it on.
2. IS IT BRIGHT ENOUGH FOR CORNER MOOD LIGHTING?
The product is design for Corner Mood Lighting.The lamp can light up a corner, but the lumen is not bright enough for lighting up a room, we recommend using two lamps together for better virtual.
3. IS THE REMOTE LINE OF SIGHT? IF THE LAMP IS PLACED BEHIND A BED’S HEADBOARD, CAN THE REMOTE CONTROL IT STILL? OR DOES THE LAMP NEED TO BE EXPOSED TO?
Yes, it would work. It used radio frequency remote, the control distance is farther than Infrared remote control.
4. HOW BRIGHT IS THIS LAMP? CAN IT BE USED TO LIGHT UP AN ENTIRE ROOM?
No, it can not. The MIXEN RGB Lamp is not designed to replace overhead lights. Our RGB floor lamp is more fit for ambient lighting. P.S. – the lamp doesn’t have to be in a corner, it can be placed anywhere! We recommend placing the RGB Lamp at least 6″ away from the corner or wall if you wish to enjoy a more luminous effect.
5. CAN THIS RGB FLOOR LAMP CHANGE COLORS SLOWLY, OR MORPH INTO NEW COLORS IN A CALM NON-FLASHING WAY?
Yes! The RGB Lamp can transition slowly from one color to the next. Each color transition is very smooth. For instance, our favorite color transition is when it changes from all the different variants of yellow before slowly morphing into a lightest shade of green, a shade that’s so yellow and so subtly green that you could argue whether or not it is yellow or green!
